You know the Weber name! Apparently it’s been a household name for outdoor grills since George Stephen built the first model from a ship’s buoy 60 years ago. Starting with its dome-topped, round-bottomed charcoal grill, their line of both charcoal and propane/gas outdoor grills has surpassed any other manufacturer’s in overall quality and user satisfaction.
The Genesis E Line
You’re serious about your grilling or you wouldn’t be here. Like lots of serious grill chefs, though, you’re probably working under a budget. It appears that the Genesis E line is a mid-ranged series that performs like champ and gives you all those perks you look for in a premium grill.
The Weber Genesis E-330 Gas Grill shares many of the features of other premium Weber Gas Grills, including:
Those unique Flavorizer Bars that Weber came up with. These bars act like little smokers. They’re specially angled to capture drippings as the food grills. Then they super-heat the drippings and send them back as vapors that add a smoky essence to your foods. The drippings that aren’t vaporized are trapped in a grease tray and catch pan. The whole system keeps everything clean and makes use of the yummy stuff you’d throw away otherwise.
A state-of-the art control system. You might feel a little like Captain Kirk at the Enterprise controls. One-button push and you’ve got instant flames. Watch the levels on your propane tank with the fuel gauge. Direct your heating with 3 main burners to customize which areas you want to use with how high a flame. Crank up Sear Station burner to turn out killer steaks and crispy skins.
A grill built to last. Most burn tubes can’t tolerate the bits of water that seep in with liquid propane and gas. That’s why they corrode out so fast. The Weber tubes are made from stainless steel and they got rid of the seams so it’s pretty much impossible to burn through one of these or rust it out. Add to that the grease tray design that keeps grease away from them, and you’ll never have to mess with clogs either.
To all appearances the overall sturdy, heavy-duty construction of these Webers is going to keep yours performing for years, even if you subject it to a beating or leave it out in the weather. From the heavy duty locking casters to the reinforced cookbox to the solid stainless steel work surfaces, these Weber grills are built to be used.

Customer ratings: 4.5 out of 5 stars according to the reviewers of the product
The casters work well—it rolls with no resistance. Sears beautifully and leaves great sear marks, but is really easy to clean. There’s never a flare up and the temperatures stay consistent. The grill surface holds it heat well. It cooks everything perfectly from steaks to vegetables and fish to even pizza, and it’s easy to start and easier to control the cooking surface temperatures. It’s built to hold up over a lot of grilling and time. For chefs who grill several times a week, this is a must.
It seems that because of its solid construction it’s heavier than other grills its size. Another complaint is that assembly is a little more time-consuming and confusing than it should be.
